Where to fish - reserves

RHONE river:

Channel of Jonage:

  • Reserve dam Jonage: on 100 meters downstream from the stopping
  • Reserve dam Cusset: 200 meters on both sides of the stopping.

Channel of Miribel:

  • Reserve dam Jons: since (limit upstream) the foot of the stopping until (limit downstream) 150 meters as from the downstream of the foot of the stopping. Fishing is also prohibited in the perimeter of immediate protection of the zone of drinking water collecting of Crépieux Charmy (batch C5): left bank of the channel of Miribel, in the Rhone old man, on the banks right-hand side and left of the Rhone Old man, like on Right Bank of the side channel of a42 motorway.

Threshold of Clear St and Feyssine:

  • 100 meters upstream and 100 meters downstream from the fall.

Reserve E.Herriot port:

  • Since the Northern limit of port (km No 1,500) to the southern point ranging between the island of Archbishop (km No 3,500) half left bank of the river.
  • together wet docks of the port (common of Lyon and Saint-Fons) batch of D1 Fishing.

Reserve works of Pierre-Bénite:

  • 1 reserve of the factory-lock unit:
    • over a 50 meters length to the upstream in the axis of the ship canal starting from the upstream end of the piers of the lock.
    • 1250 m since the factory-lock unit to the face downstream of the discharge system of the sewer.
  • 2 reserve of the stopping:
    • upstream since the stopping until the downstream of the bridge of A7, on 800 meters downstream.
    • since the stopping up to the kilometric point (km No) 6.

Reserve works of Vaugris:

  • upstream, since the km No 33,500 until the works of Vaugris (factory, stopping-lock) on river half Right Bank
  • downstream since the works of Vaugris to the km No 34,500 on river half Right Bank, except the water level located between Right Bank of the river and the dam prolonging the wall downstream from the stopping over a length of 500 Mr.
  • the access to the dam (merlon wet dock) is interdict with the exercise of fishing.

Reserve Island of Butter:

  • Since the junction upstream of the lône circumventing the island of Butter with the Rhone until the junction downstream of this same lône with the Rhone.

SAONE river:

  • Reserve works of Dracé: km No 62,300 upstream of the works of Dracé to the km No 61,950 downstream from these works,
  • Reserve works of Couzon: between the km No 17,785 (100 meters upstream of the lock) and the km No 17,035 (100 meters downstream from the outlet of the lock).
  • Reserves of Guérins - Grenouilleux;  Motio- Tepenas; Fareins; St Bernard: to refer to the panels in place

 

Other reserves

The practice of fishing is prohibited

  • Until December 31, 2009, on a portion of Rançonnet located on the commune of AMPLEPUIS
  • Until February 10, 2011 on a portion of 500m of the river Nizerand located in the crossing of the village of RIVOLET.
  • Until December 31, 2009 on a portion of Azergues located on the commune of LUCENAY
    • On Vermare; junction with Turdine with the bridge of Raynard on 1 km
    • On Ribes: on all its course
    • On the brook of Coal-scuttle (property of the Casino)
